Yep, it was from abridged tafsir of Ibn Kaseer, under the explanation of 87:9. I will keep searching, I did read it somewhere hm.

I read long ago that common man should not be exposed to statements (any issue regarding the religion) that their intellect do not grasp, I can’t remember from where I read that and today I came across this “You do not tell people any statement that their intellects do not grasp except that it will be a Fitnah (trial) for some of them.” - Ali (radiallahu anhu)....
