mechanicalnotions answered your question: Question!
That..doesn’t sound right. What right does anyone have to judge other people’s intellects? If you don’t understand, you do research or think.
Assalamo Alaikum. It was a question. And I didn’t include whole tafseer of ayah and if this narration is right (which I believe is), Ali radiallahu anhu spoke about matters which would be confusing...
sunnah-or-later answered your question: Question!
what is the ayah?
87:9 brother.
haakym answered your question: Question!
I assume that was from the abridged tafsir, maybe try to ask for someone who has the original or look for more on the ayah that it was mentio
Yep, it was from abridged tafsir of Ibn Kaseer, under the explanation of 87:9. I will keep searching, I did read it somewhere hm.

Question!
Bismillah! I read long ago that common man should not be exposed to statements (any issue regarding the religion) that their intellect do not grasp, I can’t remember from where I read that and today I came across this “You do not tell people any statement that their intellects do not grasp except that it will be a Fitnah (trial) for some of them.” - Ali (radiallahu anhu)....

Parents - الأبآء

I think, to have practicing parents who have taught you how to make wudhoo (وضُوء) and pray since you were 7; who made you know well that there are haraam (حرام) and halaal (حلال) things; who recited the Athaan (آذان) on your ears when you were first born; who taught you that you have to have good manners like that of the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم; who rewarded you for...

The Wise Man Does Not Argue
justaukhti:
Imaam Al-Hasan Al-Basree, rahimahu’Allah, said:
“The wise man does not argue or seek to overcome with stratagem, rather he propagates his wisdom. If it is accepted he praises Allaah and if it is rejected he praises Allaah.”
[Reported by Abu Nu’aim ibn Hammaad in his Zawaa’id ‘alaz-Zuhd libnil Mubaarak (no. 30) and Ibn Battah in Ibaanatul-Kubraa (no. 611).]

The Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said,

Repentance (Tawbah)
A short article on repentance by Shaykh Muhammad Saalih ibn al-Uthaymeen.
Repentance means turning back from disobeying Allaah to obeying Him. Repentance is beloved to Allaah, as He says: “Verily, Allaah loves those who repent and those who purify themselves.” [Surah Al-Baqarah: 222] Repentance is an obligation on every believer. Allaah says: “O you who believe! Turn to Allaah...

True Story.
allaahsavedus:
Asalaam alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatu
I’m going to tell you a story of my friend. It’s really short, and it’s straight to the point.
Back when myspace was relevant in our daily lives, my friend, like everyone else, posted pictures of herself. She loved to dress up, so she’d take pictures of all the outfits she wore. Sweet, innocent, the girl had Sailor Moon as her...

The Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه... →
Mashaa’Allah great effort by the same developers who developed Quran.com. But now the sad thing is that everyone can pull ahadith out of context and try to derive a ruling from them by themselves. For beginners as we all are, no scholar advise us to pick Bukhari or Muslim or large books of ahadith and start studying by ourselves as rulings are not clear from one hadith and can be confusing...
